Van Cleef & Arpels Paris seeks a Stock Operations Administrator for a fixed-term contract managing inventory and sales administration with precision and excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage boutique inventory with rigor, including product transfers, stock movement recording, merchandise quality and quantity control, and organized stock arrangement
- Execute precise general and rolling inventory counts, stock verification, and variance reconciliation
- Ensure product security and quality by enforcing safety regulations, monitoring product condition, and reporting any anomalies
- Administer sales operations including invoice verification, cash fund management, daily cash closures, shipment coordination, and export and tax-free procedures
- Implement group procedures and prepare for annual audits to ensure operational compliance
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in boutique stock management and sales administration
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with IT systems and tools
- Current fluency in English
