Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Stock Administrator in New Delhi — manage inventory, audits and secure handling of high‑value jewellery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock operations for the New Delhi boutique, including goods receipt, put-away, storage and issuance in accordance with brand procedures for high‑value merchandise.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and investigate variances to root cause.
- Maintain accurate stock records within the inventory/WMS and prepare timely reporting for boutique management and central teams.
- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound movements, liaising with internal teams, couriers and the central warehouse to ensure secure transfers.
- Ensure compliance with handling, security and insurance procedures for high‑value jewellery and timepieces; oversee packaging and shipment documentation.
- Support seasonal merchandising replenishment, transfers between stores and ad hoc audits requested by regional or central teams.
- Train boutique staff on stockroom protocols, stock-taking procedures and proper handling of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, retail management or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in inventory control or stock administration, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery or watchmaking environments.
- Strong numeracy and proven ability to perform accurate stock reconciliations and audit work.
- High level of integrity, discretion and ability to handle high-value goods securely.

Experience
Typically 2+ years in inventory or stock control roles, preferably within luxury retail, jewellery or watchmaking. Experience working with high‑value merchandise and familiarity with stock audit processes is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
