Role & Responsibilities
- Receive stock, process transfers, handle special product requests, and prepare omnichannel orders
- Manage cash and billing procedures, and generate activity reports including reservations, consignments, stock reconciliation, and traffic analysis
- Manage customer service flows to and from the boutique, oversee all repair coordination, and perform authorized in-boutique customer service activities
