Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Controller in Geneva to partner with the Supply Chain Director and teams on inventory management, forecasting, reporting and financial performance. The role leads monthly stock-related closing and reporting, develops controlling methodologies and improves forecasting tools and data processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic financial business partner to the Supply Chain Director, driving inventory management, planning and optimization.
- Partner with supply chain teams to deliver accurate stock projections, enhance financial visibility, lead scenario modelling and support data-driven strategic decision-making.
- Lead inventory forecasting and strategic planning, adapting and improving processes through strong cross-functional relationships with procurement, logistics, master data and manufacturing teams.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize supply chain performance, working capital and cash flow.
- Prepare, produce and analyze monthly reporting on supply chain activities, including variance analysis, risks and opportunities, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Perform monthly stock-related financial closing tasks, including provision calculations and booking, reconciliations and costing.
- Adapt and implement finished-goods financial controlling methodologies across the indirect supply chain team.
- Enhance forecasting tools and ensure data reliability, integrity and usability; design and support the deployment of data-visualization dashboards and reports, and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of controlling experience.
- Experience in a supply chain or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills.
- An agile mindset.
- Strong business-partnering and communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial tools; Anaplan is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
