The Senior Sales Associate reports to the Boutique Manager and represents Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise, welcoming and serving boutique visitors. The role combines personalized client service, sales and loyalty development, after-sales support, teamwork and adherence to boutique tools, commercial policies and procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve all boutique visitors as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise.
- Attract customers, build customer loyalty and achieve sales targets.
- Introduce customers to the Maison’s world, history, creations and sources of inspiration.
- Deliver personalized service, anticipate customer needs and provide an exceptional experience.
- Respond to customer requests, after-sales service needs and requests for product-care advice.
- Contribute to positive teamwork and participate actively in daily boutique operations.
- Learn and use boutique tools, and comply with commercial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
