Van Cleef & Arpels — Paris: Senior Project Manager, Organizational Architecture & Performance to lead transformation and performance programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects focused on organizational architecture, process optimisation and performance measurement across commercial and operational functions.
- Define target operating models, governance frameworks and role architectures to support strategic objectives and scalability.
- Design and implement KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder groups (operations, retail, finance, IT, HR) to ensure alignment, change adoption and timely delivery.
- Develop project plans, risk registers and resource forecasts; monitor progress, budget and benefits realisation.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, management consulting or a related discipline (Master’s level preferred).

- Demonstrable ability to translate strategy into operational metrics and governance mechanisms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels; experience working with executive committees.
- Professional fluency in French and English preferred; high level of business writing and presentation capability.
