Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris seeks a Senior Project Manager, Corporate Content to lead editorial projects and corporate storytelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end corporate content projects across channels (internal and external), from brief to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and timelines.
- Define and manage the editorial calendar for corporate communications, including executive communications, corporate website content, reports, and thought‑leadership assets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — brand, marketing, legal, HR, digital, external agencies and production vendors — to secure approvals and ensure consistent messaging.
- Oversee content production: brief writers, photographers, designers and video teams; manage timelines, quality control and final sign‑off.
- Safeguard and articulate brand tone of voice across corporate materials and ensure editorial consistency with maison heritage and values.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation; track vendor contracts and production costs.
- Establish KPIs for content performance, monitor analytics, and produce regular reports with actionable recommendations to optimise reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven editorial judgement and exemplary writing/editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for executive and corporate audiences.
- Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering multi‑stakeholder content initiatives on time and on budget.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
- Fluent written and spoken French; professional working proficiency in English.
- Rigorous attention to detail, legal/compliance awareness for corporate communications, and a strong sense of brand stewardship.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in content, editorial or communications project management; prior experience within luxury goods, fashion, jewellery or high‑end brand communications is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Languages or a related discipline; a master's degree or equivalent professional qualifications is a plus.
