Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing business solutions platforms and infrastructure to identify modernization and improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute the region's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals, operational needs, and client service values
- Monitor emerging solutions including AI, automation, data analytics, and cybersecurity, assessing their potential business impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology trends and innovation opportunities
- Partner with business sponsors, functional owners, and stakeholders to ensure well-defined strategy and project plans
- Lead the selection, configuration, and implementation of new business solutions to enhance team transparency and collaboration
- Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure successful rollouts
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and user adoption processes including training delivery
- Build and maintain complex data analytics and dashboards to track performance trends and drive improvements
- Manage project budgets, benefit realization, risk mitigation, and opportunity management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- 3+ years in IT leadership capacity
- Demonstrated experience with IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks
