Role & Responsibilities
- Build and manage the regional event calendar, support local teams in objective-setting, and recommend inventory levels for high jewelry pieces
- Oversee operational deployment of events including piece availability, logistics, team training coordination, display and runway recommendations, and marketing team supervision
- Recommend high jewelry pieces for content shoots and propose styling concepts aligned with campaign objectives
- Prepare post-event reporting including KPI analysis, stakeholder feedback collection, and action plans for continuous operational improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational and strategic planning
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
