Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end business development projects for the High Jewellery division, from strategic definition through to commercial roll‑out and performance tracking.
  • Define market entry and growth strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and build robust business cases and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, product development, marketing, retail, operations, legal and finance) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships and key wholesale accounts; negotiate commercial terms and contractual agreements where required.
  • Design and monitor KPIs, produce executive reporting and present progress and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive commercial initiatives around launches, limited editions, trunk shows and high‑value client programmes, including pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Manage project risks, budgets and resource allocation; ensure compliance with brand governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development or project management within high jewellery, fine jewellery or luxury goods (senior level).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, build financial models and produce compelling business cases.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with retail partners, distributors or private clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with experience coordinating multifunctional teams and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Fluency in French and English is highly desirable; additional languages an asset.

Experience

Senior professional with substantial experience (typically 6+ years) in business development, commercial strategy or project management within the luxury jewellery or adjacent luxury sectors, with direct exposure to boutique, wholesale or private client channels.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent; advanced degree or specialised luxury training preferred.
