Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Senior Editorial Content Project Manager and digital-retail referent within International Communications to guide editorial content production and approval for retail, digital platforms and special projects. The role works with retail CRM, Content CRM, Customer Experience, Client Services and internal teams; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for producing and approving editorial content distributed through retail, including client activation, customer experience and client services.
- Support the retail CRM team in producing, adapting and approving content for digital activations such as email campaigns and one-to-one emails, collaborating with the Content CRM team to ensure text and image consistency.
- Ensure that messages across materials developed by the Customer Experience and Client Services teams are coherent and relevant, appropriate to the client target and aligned with the Maison’s tone of voice.
- Serve as the main contact for editorial content developed for the website, social media and special digital projects.
- Support internal teams in producing or approving digital content, including website articles, product descriptions, social media, applications and games.
- Ensure that messages across digital materials are coherent and relevant and aligned with the Maison’s tone of voice.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience as an Editorial Content Project Manager in demanding environments where attention to detail is essential.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Accustomed to writing in French and English.
- Proficiency with digital platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
