Role & Responsibilities

• Manage varied digital projects, including website redesigns, enhancements and ongoing operations for websites and web applications, from initial scoping through launch.
• Prepare project briefs, assess requirements, obtain estimates and establish schedules.
• Oversee wireframes and visual mock-ups, review user stories, monitor development, conduct functional testing across front end and CMS, and support content preparation.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal teams—including Content, Product Owners, UX, SEO, Data and business teams—and external agencies.
• Ensure schedules are met and projects comply with Maison strategy.
• Create and maintain project management documents, tracking tools and presentation materials.
• Ensure requirements are addressed and processes run smoothly, challenge obstacles and propose solutions.
• Report on activities and monitor performance by proposing project success measures and gathering feedback; recommend action plans and prepare materials for internal committees and presentations.
• Establish project guidelines, including methodologies and standard reverse schedules, and train cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience managing complex digital projects, ideally in an international environment.
• Interest in the luxury or jewelry sector.
• Strong digital expertise and a keen sensitivity to image and content.
• Able to work autonomously and with rigor, curiosity and creativity; able to take a broader perspective, challenge requirements, make recommendations and prioritize across several concurrent projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with varied stakeholders, particularly UX, Product Owners and developers, in an international context.
• Command of functional requirements and CMS management.
• Fluent English.
