Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end content production for the maison's seasonal and permanent collections across digital, retail, print and trade channels.
- Define and drive the editorial calendar and deliverables for product launches, ensuring coherence with artistic direction and merchandising strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including design, product, merchandising, retail, digital, communications and external agencies to meet timing and quality targets.
- Oversee creation, copywriting and validation of product descriptions, storytelling assets, campaign texts and POS materials, safeguarding brand tone and accuracy.
- Manage asset pipelines and approvals (photography, product copy, technical specs, translations), ensuring timely delivery to CMS and DAM systems.
- Control project budgets, vendor scopes and timelines; escalate risks and implement mitigation plans to preserve launch dates.
- Implement content governance and quality-control processes to maintain consistency across markets and channels.
- Monitor content performance and post‑launch metrics; produce concise reports and recommendations to optimise future collection narratives.
Qualifications
- Proven senior-level project management experience delivering editorial/content programmes for product-led brands, ideally within luxury, fashion or jewellery.
- Demonstrable editorial judgement with strong copy-editing and content-structuring skills for product-focused narratives.
- Track record coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders and external creative partners through complex launches.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous timelines and priorities.
- Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years in content, editorial or project management roles with progressive responsibility; prior experience in luxury goods, haute-joaillerie, fashion or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, humanities or a related field; advanced degree or specialised training in luxury brand communications is a plus.
