Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Salon Ambassador in Singapore to deliver luxury client experiences in fine jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and seamless in-store client journey from initial welcome through sales consultation to post-purchase follow-up
- Drive sales and clienteling activities, including proactive client recruitment, transaction processing, and development of enduring client relationships
- Embody and communicate the Maison's heritage, artistic vision, product excellence, and brand identity
- Support boutique events, visual merchandising initiatives, and spatial presentation in alignment with Maison standards and creative direction
- Maintain boutique operations including inventory management, supply coordination, administrative processing, and point-of-sale systems
- Uphold Maison policies, procedures, and product handling protocols across all client and operational activities
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and mastery of additional languages
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Exceptional client service orientation and hospitality acumen
- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury brand ecosystems
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational precision
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
