Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a discreet, personalised client experience in the salon, cultivating long‑term relationships with high‑value and prospective clients.
- Manage client appointments, private viewings and bespoke consultations, ensuring an impeccable welcome and follow‑up.
- Present and explain collections with deep product knowledge, highlighting craftsmanship, materials and provenance.
- Support boutique sales objectives through proactive clienteling, targeted outreach and tailored recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams — inventory, aftersales, merchandising and events — to guarantee seamless client journeys.
