Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, high‑touch client service in accordance with brand standards, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling of jewellery and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: welcome clients, present collections with authoritative product knowledge, handle transactions and post‑sale follow up.
  • Develop and maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM to support clienteling and personalised outreach.
  • Support boutique merchandising and visual standards, ensuring displays, inventory presentation and housekeeping reflect maison guidelines.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales, repairs and bespoke services teams to ensure seamless client experiences and timely resolution of enquiries.
  • Participate in product, service and compliance training; contribute to team selling and boutique operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within high‑jewellery, watches or high‑end fashion (recommended minimum 1–3 years).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage discerning clients with tact and discretion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to meet sales targets and translate brand heritage into compelling client propositions.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and to adapt to a boutique environment with exacting standards.
