Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in Zurich to deliver exceptional luxury jewelry retail experience and cultivate client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, representing the Maison's heritage, values, and image both internally and externally
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with loyal clients and actively recruit new clientele through discerning engagement
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized boutique experience that exceeds the expectations of a sophisticated clientele, both during regular visits and at high-profile events
- Articulate the Maison's heritage, savoir-faire, and iconic creations with elegance and conviction, leveraging knowledge of history and art to cultivate exceptional bonds with clients
- Demonstrate commercial acumen by identifying client needs and providing tailored jewelry solutions that reflect refinement, elegance, and innovation
- Engage with diverse clientele in a refined boutique environment, exercising warmth and discernment in all interactions
Qualifications
- University degree
- Proven experience in luxury jewelry or watches retail
- Fluent in Swiss German, German, and English; proficiency in a fourth language is advantageous
- Deep passion for high jewelry, luxury goods, and the unique savoir-faire of Van Cleef & Arpels
- Demonstrated understanding of sophisticated service and elegance in a luxury environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate brand heritage with conviction
