Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in White Plains, NY to provide exemplary client service and drive boutique sales for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, confidential client service and cultivate long‑term relationships with private and prospective clientele through proactive clienteling and personalized consultations.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through needs analysis, product storytelling and expert closing techniques.
- Present and explain the maison’s high jewellery, watches and ready‑to‑wear collections with authoritative product knowledge and attention to provenance and craftsmanship.
- Manage client records and follow up on prospects and after‑sales care, ensuring accuracy in the CRM and adherence to privacy standards.
- Support boutique operations including merchandising, display maintenance to brand standards, inventory control, POS transactions and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Represent the brand at in‑store events, private appointments and trunk shows, collaborating with the boutique team and corporate specialists as required.
Qualifications
- Polished, professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or high‑end client service, preferably within jewellery, watchmaking or fashion.

Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
