Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in Singapore to deliver luxury jewelry expertise and exceptional client experiences in a prestigious boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development by recruiting new clients, cultivating loyalty, and achieving sales targets
- Present the maison's universe, heritage, creative collections, and sources of inspiration to clients
- Deliver personalized client relationships by anticipating needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Provide comprehensive after-sales services, care advice, and responsive client support
