Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associate position in Seoul. Luxury jewelry sales and client relations role reporting to Boutique Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Maison ambassador, welcoming all boutique visitors with authentic brand knowledge and professional courtesy
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients, enhancing customer loyalty, and achieving sales performance targets
- Educate clients on the Maison's heritage, history, iconic creations, and design inspiration sources
- Deliver personalized guest experiences by anticipating and addressing individual client needs
- Respond comprehensively to all customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and offer expert product care guidance
- Contribute to positive team dynamics through active participation in daily boutique operations
