Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, anticipatory client service aligned with the maison’s high‑jewelry standards and brand ethos.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and after‑sales care.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while supporting the overall commercial plan for the Galleria boutique.
- Present product stories and technical details precisely, demonstrating expert knowledge of gemstones, watch movements and house collections.
- Ensure immaculate boutique presentation and visual merchandising compliance with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and support accurate record‑keeping and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and coordination with back‑office teams for order fulfilment.
- Adhere to security, confidentiality and compliance protocols when handling high‑value merchandise and client data.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, preferably within high‑jewelry, watches or premium accessories.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and nurture HNW (high‑net‑worth) client relationships.
- Impeccable personal presentation and manner consistent with a luxury maison.
- Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; experience with POS systems and basic reconciliation.
