Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalized service to a high-net-worth clientele, building long-term relationships and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and closing techniques.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM to drive repeat business and appointments.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of Van Cleef & Arpels collections, gemstones and watchmaking to provide expert advice.
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions, including payments, invoices and client deliveries with accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure impeccable boutique presentation through visual merchandising, daily housekeeping and seasonal display execution.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Represent the brand at client events and trunk shows, coordinating with boutique management and central teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch luxury service with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting targets in premium retail or jewellery environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation and professional grooming.
  • Organizational rigor and attention to detail in CRM updates, transaction handling and stock management.
  • Fluency in Korean is expected; proficiency in English or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of gemstones, gemology or watches is preferred; formal training or certifications are a plus.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewellery, watches or haute couture boutiques. Demonstrable success building and retaining affluent clientele.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, luxury retail, hospitality or related field preferred.
