Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and discerning clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling across collections.
- Manage the full client journey: prospecting, clienteling, appointment management and after‑sales follow‑up with discretion.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation in accordance with brand standards.
- Process high‑value transactions accurately, maintain inventory integrity and follow cash handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Maintain and update CRM/clienteling tools with detailed client notes and purchase histories.
- Coordinate with boutique management and internal teams for special requests, repairs and private client events.
- Participate in product, service and compliance training to maintain product knowledge and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Typically 2+ years of retail experience in luxury goods, jewellery or watchmaking boutiques; demonstrable success building client relationships and meeting sales targets preferred.
Education
