Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable, personalised client service aligned with Van Cleef & Arpels’ standards to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through active clienteling, prospecting and tailored product recommendations.
  • Manage all point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activity.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation and visual standards are maintained to the maison’s guidelines; support window and in‑boutique merchandising.
  • Execute inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention procedures; support receiving and stockroom organisation.
  • Coordinate after‑sales service and repairs with internal teams and external ateliers as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, product training and client events; contribute to a collaborative boutique environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for delivering luxury client service with a polished, professional presence.
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to build rapport and close high‑value transactions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; discretion and cultural sensitivity when dealing with affluent clients.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of retail sales experience in luxury fashion, jewellery or watches, with demonstrable success in client development and high‑value transactions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in hospitality, retail management or luxury brand management is a plus.
