Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate to drive revenue and cultivate enduring client relationships within their flagship New York boutique. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will achieve sales targets across both everyday and high jewelry offerings, manage clienteling initiatives, and maintain the aesthetic excellence of the retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional service and product expertise to clientele
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through personalized engagement and curated clienteling
- Attend community events and in-boutique functions to generate new business and nurture prospective clients
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, accuracy, event communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting
- Execute daily display setup and evening breakdown while maintaining the boutique's visual standards
- Travel as required for client engagement and business development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- 7 years of luxury retail or jewelry sales experience
- Proven ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and clienteling platforms
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
