Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in New York to drive luxury jewelry sales and cultivate VIP clientele. $24.04/hr, commission eligible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional service and product expertise in both daily business and high jewelry categories
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through personalized consultation and follow-up
- Execute CRM initiatives including client data capture, accuracy verification, novelty communications, event invitations, and gifting campaigns
- Host and attend social functions and in-boutique events to generate new business and engage prospective clients
- Utilize curated clienteling tools and reporting systems to track client preferences and drive targeted outreach
- Maintain boutique aesthetic standards through daily display setup, merchandising execution, and evening breakdown procedures
- Travel as required to support business objectives and client engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- 7 years of experience in luxury retail or high jewelry sales
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and retain high-value client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and clienteling platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
