Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, anticipatory high‑touch service to a discerning clientele; build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while adhering to brand standards for client approach and conversion.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across jewellery and watch collections to guide clients through curated selections and personalized proposals.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to uphold Van Cleef & Arpels’ aesthetic and storytelling standards.
- Process sales transactions, manage after‑sales follow‑up, and ensure secure handling and tracking of luxury inventory.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues and central teams on client events, private appointments, and client data updates in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide refined service appropriate to luxury jewellery clientele; strong clienteling and interpersonal skills.
- Polished, professional presentation and impeccable personal grooming standards.
- Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle high‑value goods securely and responsibly.
- Comfort with sales targets and a results‑oriented approach.
- Flexible availability to cover boutique hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct luxury retail or jewellery sales experience; prior boutique experience preferred, with a demonstrated record of building repeat client relationships and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods, or a related field is advantageous.
