Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised client service to high-net-worth customers and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets while maintaining thorough knowledge of high-jewellery, watch and accessories collections.
- Conduct clienteling and manage appointments for private viewings, VIP events and bespoke service requests.
- Ensure impeccable boutique presentation: maintain visual merchandising standards, product rotation, and polished display aesthetics.
- Manage transactional duties including accurate use of the POS/CRM, payment handling, receipts and after-sales documentation.
- Maintain stock integrity by performing inventory counts, secure storage practices and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and brand specialists to coordinate events, trunk shows and client communications while upholding brand protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches or premium accessories sales; experience with high-jewellery preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for an upscale boutique environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales, with demonstrable client development and revenue results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in retail, luxury brand management or gemmology is beneficial.
