Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional service to boutique clients
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized engagement and curated clienteling initiatives
- Attend community social functions and boutique events to generate new business and nurture prospective clients
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication on new collections and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Assist with daily display setup, evening breakdown, and maintenance of boutique aesthetic standards
- Travel as required to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- 7 years of luxury retail or high jewelry sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a luxury environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural curiosity about clients
