Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and execute sales following the Maison's selling ceremony, including presentation and payment processing
  • Actively contribute to boutique turnover and personal sales targets while promoting higher-value items and complementary products
  • Recruit new clients and develop loyalty through clienteling actions and proactive follow-up
  • Manage customer service functions including repair drop-offs, pick-ups, cost estimates, and perform boutique-level maintenance services (polishing, engraving)
  • Maintain awareness of inventory stock and contribute to operational tasks including stock counts, safe replenishment, and price tag updates
  • Prepare the boutique for client arrivals and personalize the client experience while anticipating needs
  • Serve omni-channel clients (boutique appointments, picks-ups) to ensure seamless journeys across the Maison network
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge of Van Cleef & Arpels collections, heritage, and competitive offerings in high jewelry, jewelry, and watchmaking
  • Follow visual merchandising and brand identity guidelines for daily boutique maintenance
  • Participate in commercial and non-commercial events for the Maison, including travel as required
  • Build proficiency with digital sales tools, CRM systems, customer service platforms, and back-office systems
  • Support team development through knowledge sharing and positive contribution to boutique culture

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in high jewelry or fine watchmaking
  • Deep passion for luxury goods and understanding of premium client expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages an asset)
  • Willingness to travel for events and Maison activities as required

Experience
