Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined, personalised client experience consistent with the maison’s standards, welcoming clients and managing appointments and walk-ins.
• Drive sales performance by understanding client needs, presenting relevant jewellery and watch collections, and converting interest into transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups, and tailored after‑sales care.
• Maintain product knowledge across collections, materials and high‑value techniques to advise clients confidently and accurately.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments and returns, and ensure accurate transaction and daily sales reporting.
• Support boutique visual merchandising and stock presentation to uphold brand aesthetic and product integrity.
• Manage inventory activities including stock counts, receiving deliveries, and liaising with back-office teams on discrepancies.
• Assist in boutique events, private viewings and client appointments, coordinating with regional teams when required.

Qualifications

• Polished professional presentation with polished interpersonal skills and impeccable discretion.
• Proven ability to sell to a high‑net‑worth clientele; prior experience in luxury jewellery, watches or high-end fashion preferred.
• Strong numeracy and administrative accuracy for handling transactions and sales reporting.
• Availability for retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
• Legal right to work in Spain and willingness to undergo any required background or certification checks.

Skills

Experience

Ideally 1–3 years of direct retail experience in luxury jewellery, watches or high-end fashion; demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and managing a portfolio of clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or hospitality is an advantage.
