Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Sales Associate at the Bellagio boutique in Las Vegas — deliver high-jewelry client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, consultative sales experience to private and walk-in clients, with particular focus on high-jewelry and timepiece clientele.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and personalised follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance metrics.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of gemstones, haute joaillerie techniques and current collections to advise clients accurately.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, order processing, stock reconciliation and accurate reporting in accordance with brand procedures.
- Ensure presentation and visual merchandising of the boutique meet Van Cleef & Arpels’ exacting standards of display and security.
- Coordinate with concierge services, VIP relations and after-sales teams to deliver seamless client service and bespoke requests.
- Uphold strict confidentiality, security protocols and compliance requirements related to high-value inventory and client data.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury fashion, jewelry or watches.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth and international clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional presentation, impeccable discretion and adherence to security procedures.
- Flexibility to work boutique hours, including evenings and weekends, and to participate in seasonal events or trunk shows.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail, high-jewelry or watch sales with a demonstrated record of servicing VIP clients and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in hospitality, luxury retail, sales or business is a plus.
