Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional, personalized service to both existing and prospective clients
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal high-value clients through proactive relationship management
- Execute CRM initiatives including client data capture, accuracy verification, and segmentation
- Coordinate client communication regarding new collections, special events, and curated gifting campaigns
- Attend and host community social functions and in-boutique events to generate new business and strengthen client relationships
