Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Sales Associate in Las Vegas (Wynn) to deliver high‑touch client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, high‑touch client service and personalised clienteling to cultivate long‑term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling of high jewellery, watches and related accessories.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across collections and communicate heritage and craftsmanship to clients.
- Manage boutique presentation, visual merchandising and stock rotation to uphold brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately: process sales, reservations, exchanges, and follow up on leads and client requests.
- Participate in in‑store events, private appointments and trunk shows; coordinate with boutique management on VIP client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention procedures, cash handling policies and all luxury retail regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewellery or watches; demonstrated success meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for personalised relationship building.
- Polished presentation, discretion and an understanding of high‑net‑worth client expectations.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; ability to travel locally for client engagements if required.
- Authorization to work in the United States (Las Vegas) is required.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales is preferred; a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high‑value client relationships is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail, hospitality, business or a related field is advantageous.
