Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in Kuala Lumpur to deliver exceptional client service and luxury jewellery expertise in a boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and appointment management.
- Present and advise on high-jewellery, timepiece and high-end accessories collections with meticulous product knowledge of gemstones, precious metals and techniques.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance and revenue growth.
- Manage sales transactions, private appointments and follow-up communications; ensure accurate use of POS systems and adherence to CRM procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual presentation, inventory accuracy, loss-prevention protocols and compliance with brand policies.
- Coordinate with after-sales and client services for repairs, bespoke requests and VIP servicing to safeguard client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational training or diploma in luxury retail, sales or hospitality preferred.
- Demonstrable professionalism, discretion and impeccable personal presentation appropriate to a high-jewellery environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and manage high-net-worth client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; willingness to participate in private events and trunk shows.
- Sound numeracy and cash-handling integrity; ability to follow strict security and compliance procedures.

Experience
Preferably 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing private-client relationships.
Education
