Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, discreet client service and build long‑term relationships with HNW and UHNW clientele.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and appointment management.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across high jewellery, watches and high‑value accessories; communicate craftsmanship, gemology and provenance to clients.
  • Manage CRM records, follow up on leads, and coordinate bespoke requests and after‑sales service with internal teams.
  • Ensure immaculate presentation of the boutique: merchandising, window displays, stock replenishment and inventory controls.
  • Operate POS and complete accurate transaction, payment and documentation procedures while adhering to loss‑prevention and security protocols.
  • Represent the maison at private viewings, trunk shows and in‑store events as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high‑jewellery sales, preferably within an international maison or premium boutique.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating high‑value client relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, tact and a client‑centric mindset appropriate to serving HNW clientele.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable) and ability to pass standard background/security checks.
