The Sales Associate reports to the Boutique Manager and drives sales goals, daily business and High Jewelry sales, and loyal-client development. Responsibilities include community outreach, clienteling and CRM initiatives, and maintaining boutique displays and presentation; travel is required as needed. The role pays $24.04 per hour plus an additional commission structure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
- Balance daily business and High Jewelry sales while developing a network of loyal clients.
- Attend community social functions to generate new business; invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events; and conduct outreach using curated clienteling tools.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communications about novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
- Assist with setting up displays each morning and breaking them down each evening, and maintain the Boutique’s aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Natural curiosity about people and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Effective in-person and written communication skills.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.
Skills
Experience
7 years of experience preferred.
Education
A bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 24.04 per hour.
