The Sales Associate represents Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise, welcoming and serving boutique visitors and clients while developing sales, client loyalty and product knowledge. The role contributes to personalized service, after-sales care, team life and operational excellence; full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit clients, develop client loyalty and achieve sales objectives.
- Present the Maison’s universe, history, creations and sources of inspiration to deepen clients’ expertise.
- Personalize client relationships, anticipate client needs and deliver an outstanding experience.
- Respond to visitors’ requests, provide after-sales service and offer care advice.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit through active participation in day-to-day boutique life.
- Master in-store tools and follow commercial policies and procedures to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious and reliable, with an interest in working as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be persuasive and engaging.
- Mastery of Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus.
