Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development by recruiting clients, fostering loyalty, and achieving individual and team sales targets
- Present Van Cleef & Arpels' universe, heritage, creations, and design inspirations to clients
- Deliver exceptional personalized service by anticipating client needs and customizing the client experience
- Provide comprehensive support including after-sales services and jewelry care advice
- Maintain operational excellence through proficiency with in-store systems, adherence to commercial policies, and execution of procedures
- Contribute actively to positive team spirit and day-to-day boutique operations
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is highly desirable
