Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and local clientele, cultivating long-term relationships through attentive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team objectives and store KPIs.
- Present and demonstrate jewellery, watches and associated accessories with impeccable product knowledge and impeccable handling standards.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and after‑sales service processes accurately using the boutique’s POS and CRM systems.
- Maintain presentation and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines, including window displays, in‑store styling and stock presentation.

- Participate in product and service training, internal events and local clienteling initiatives to grow wallet share and client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within high jewellery, watches or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with discerning clients.
- Professional presentation and a meticulous approach to product handling, security and store standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; willingness to participate in evening client events.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or jewellery; experience with high-value merchandise and HNW clientele is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or a luxury-related discipline is advantageous.
