Van Cleef & Arpels, a prestigious haute joaillerie maison with distinguished heritage, seeks a Sales Associate to serve as an ambassador of the brand's exceptional craftsmanship and aesthetic vision. Based in the Hong Kong boutique and reporting to the Boutique Manager, this role encompasses client engagement, luxury product presentation, and personalized service delivery to cultivate brand loyalty and achieve sales objectives within a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique business by recruiting new clients, cultivating loyalty, and meeting established sales targets
- Present the maison's universe, heritage, creative vision, and inspirational sources to deepen client knowledge and appreciation
- Deliver personalized client experiences through attentive relationship-building and anticipation of individual needs
- Provide comprehensive after-sales services, care guidance, and responsive support to all boutique visitors
- Actively contribute to positive team dynamics and boutique operations through collaborative engagement
- Master and execute in-store systems, commercial policies, and operational procedures with precision
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (English is advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities with demonstrated persuasiveness and engagement skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with enthusiasm, confidence, and reliability
- Client-centric approach with genuine curiosity and collaborative spirit

Experience
Entry to mid-level retail or luxury hospitality experience is preferred, though exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds will be considered.
