Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service in the boutique to cultivate lasting client relationships and loyalty.
  • Advise clients on high‑jewelry, timepieces and luxury accessories with authoritative product knowledge and styling guidance.
  • Proactively develop and manage a portfolio of clients through clienteling activities, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Drive sales performance to meet or exceed individual and boutique KPIs, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Execute boutique standards for visual merchandising, window presentation and stock rotation to reflect brand identity.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure correct handling of payments, receipts and paperwork.
  • Support stock management, inventory reconciliation, receiving and secure storage of high‑value items.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales and atelier teams to manage repairs, custom requests and client service issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end jewelry sales with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
  • Polished interpersonal presence, exceptional communication skills and a client‑centric attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards of personal presentation and discretion handling confidential client information.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; flexibility for private appointments.
