Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional client service and product expertise in high jewelry
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized attention and curated clienteling communications
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data management, event invitations, novelty communications, and gifting campaigns
- Attend community social functions and boutique events to generate new business and engage prospective clients
- Maintain boutique aesthetic standards through daily display setup and breakdown
- Travel as required to support business objectives and client engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- 7 years of relevant retail or high jewelry sales experience
- Proven ability to develop and manage long-term client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and client data management
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
