A high-jewelry boutique seeks a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized client experiences while reporting to the Boutique Manager. The successful candidate will develop long-term client relationships through clienteling activities, contribute to sales performance, share the maison's heritage and creations, facilitate after-sales services, and support in-store activations. The role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within Van Cleef & Arpels and the Richemont Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through personalized clienteling activities and relationship-building initiatives
- Contribute actively to boutique sales performance and the achievement of individual action plans
- Share the story, heritage, and creations of the Maison with passion and authenticity
- Assist clients with after-sales services including repairs, pick-ups, and personalized concierge services
- Collaborate closely with the boutique team to create a seamless and memorable in-store customer journey
- Participate in boutique events and Maison activations as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-centric environment
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
