Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business in a luxury boutique environment.
  • Present and demonstrate fine jewellery and watches with exacting attention to detail, using product knowledge to translate heritage and technical features into client value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance and store KPIs.
  • Manage clienteling activities: maintain CRM records, schedule follow-ups, coordinate private viewings and after-sales touchpoints.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Execute POS transactions, process returns and exchanges, and assist with inventory control and stock reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with boutique management and regional teams on events, launches and client outreach initiatives.
  • Adhere to security, loss prevention and compliance procedures specific to high-value merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in luxury retail, jewellery or watch sales with demonstrable commercial results (typical expectation: 1–3 years in a luxury boutique).
  • Polished interpersonal skills and a client-centric demeanour; proven ability to build rapport with high-net-worth and discerning clients.
  • Strong visual sensibility and meticulous attention to presentation consistent with maison standards.
  • Reliable numeracy and transactional accuracy; trustworthy handling of high-value goods.
  • Flexible availability to support boutique hours, peak trading periods and special events.
  • Professional appearance and comportment aligned with luxury brand expectations.

Experience

Prior experience in luxury retail or boutique jewellery/watches with a track record of meeting sales targets and performing clienteling activities; experience handling high-value merchandise is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous.
