Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in Boston to achieve sales goals, develop loyal client relationships, support CRM initiatives, and maintain the Boutique’s presentation. The role includes travel as required and is commission eligible; salary is $24.04 hourly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional service and balancing daily business with High Jewelry sales.
- Develop a network of loyal clients.
- Attend community social functions to generate new business; invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events; and conduct outreach using curated clienteling tools.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communications about novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
- Assist with morning display setup and evening breakdown, and maintain the Boutique’s aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Natural curiosity about people and a strong commitment to excellent service.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.
Skills
Experience
7 years of experience preferred.
Education
A bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
