Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, highly personalized service to private and walk-in clients, building long-term relationships and trust.
  • Actively identify client needs, advise on collections and coordinate private appointments and bespoke enquires.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed boutique targets through consultative selling, upselling and closing.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across high jewellery, watch and accessory collections and communicate provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
