The Sales Associate represents Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise, welcoming boutique visitors and clients while building relationships, achieving sales objectives and delivering personalized service. The role also includes after-sales support, active participation in boutique operations and following commercial policies and procedures; new joiners receive training in the Maison’s history, know-how and creations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve all boutique visitors and clients as an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise.
- Recruit clients, develop client loyalty and achieve sales objectives.
- Present the Maison’s universe, history, creations and sources of inspiration to build clients’ expertise.
- Personalize client relationships and anticipate client needs.
- Respond to client requests, provide after-sales services and offer care advice.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit by actively participating in the boutique’s day-to-day activities.
- Master in-store tools and follow commercial policies and procedures to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious and reliable, with an interest in working as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be persuasive and engaging while delivering an excellent client experience.
- Mastery of German and English.
