Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet service to VIP and private clients throughout the purchase lifecycle, from discovery to after‑sales.
  • Proactively build and maintain client relationships through clienteling, follow‑up calls, and tailored outreach to drive repeat business and long‑term loyalty.

  • Manage client records and CRM entries accurately, coordinate appointments and bespoke requests, and liaise with Regional/Head Office for special orders and bespoke services.
  • Ensure impeccable boutique presentation: visual merchandising standards, stock integrity, inventory reconciliation and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Handle high‑value transactions and store cash/POS procedures in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support and participate in trunk shows, private viewings and client events; collaborate closely with the boutique team and management to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably in fine or high jewellery, watches or comparable high‑value goods.
  • Demonstrable success meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating high‑value client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and discretion when working with affluent clientele.
  • Ability to operate POS systems and maintain accurate CRM and inventory records.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (company may require documentation).
