Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert presentation of high-jewellery and timepiece collections.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and provide sophisticated styling and technical explanations to clients.
  • Manage boutique floor operations including merchandising, stock control, accurate point-of-sale transactions and client records.
  • Support private client events, trunk shows and after-sales care, liaising with internal teams for repairs, orders and bespoke requests.
  • Uphold brand presentation standards and ensure visual merchandising reflects seasonal directives and maison heritage.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales with demonstrable commercial results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, discreet manner suited to high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong organisational aptitude including inventory control, accurate cash handling and CRM record-keeping.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and occasional travel for client events.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery; demonstrated ability to build and retain a high-value client base is preferred.
