Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associate position in Atlanta (Phipps Plaza). Luxury jewelry sales role combining client relationship building with boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional, personalized service to clientele in a luxury jewelry setting
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through consistent engagement, community involvement, and attendance at boutique events and social functions
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, accuracy management, event invitations, novelty communications, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Execute daily display setup and evening breakdown, ensuring the boutique maintains the highest aesthetic and visual merchandising standards
- Travel as required to support business development and client engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred
- 7 years of luxury retail sales or jewelry industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high-value client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
