Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Associate delivers personalized client experiences and supports sales targets through clienteling, product storytelling, after-sales assistance, and close teamwork. The role also supports boutique events and Maison activations as required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience while supporting boutique sales targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling activities.
- Contribute to boutique sales performance and achieve individual action plans.
- Share the Maison’s story, heritage, and creations with passion and authenticity.
- Assist clients with after-sales services, including repairs, pick-ups, and personalized services.
- Collaborate closely with the boutique team to create a seamless, memorable in-store journey.
- Participate in boutique events and Maison activations when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or another client-centric environment.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a genuine interest in High Jewelry, craftsmanship, and the Maison’s story.
