Van Cleef & Arpels Hong Kong seeks Sales Associate for luxury boutique. Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English required; drive client experience and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve all boutique visitors with warmth, professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Drive business development by recruiting new clients, cultivating loyalty and achieving assigned sales targets
- Present Van Cleef & Arpels' heritage, design philosophy, collections and sources of inspiration with compelling storytelling
- Deliver personalised client experiences by anticipating needs and providing bespoke recommendations
- Provide comprehensive after-sales services and jewellery care advice to ensure client satisfaction
- Master in-store tools and systems while adhering to commercial policies and operational procedures
- Contribute actively to boutique team dynamics and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese; English highly desirable
- Demonstrable client-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with natural persuasiveness and engagement
- Meticulous attention to detail and reliability in task execution
- Enthusiasm for high jewellery, luxury craftsmanship and heritage luxury brands
Skills
Experience
Sales or client service experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-end consumer goods is strongly preferred. Prior exposure to fine jewellery, watches or comparable luxury verticals is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further training in luxury retail or jewellery studies is valued but not essential.
